We design permissioned and hybrid distributed ledger systems for government and enterprise environments, grounded in applied research on distributed consensus, fault tolerance, cryptographic security, and system scalability. These systems are engineered to operate under institutional constraints, where governance, identity, and legal enforceability are first-class system components.

Real-World Asset Infrastructure (RWA)
Building on research in digital asset architectures, cryptographic representation, and legal-tech integration, we develop infrastructure for the tokenization of real-world assets (RWA). This includes physical, financial, and sovereign assets whose lifecycle must remain anchored in law, regulation, and institutional accountability. Tokenization is treated as a computational abstraction of ownership, rights.

Grounded in research on causal inference, financial networks, and large-scale graph analytics (arXiv: systemic risk modeling), the system enables real-time supervision, stress testing, and policy simulation.
Deployed on national MICC/DICC infrastructure, it supports CBDC design, RTGS modernization, and programmable monetary operations under full state control.

This project develops an AI-first Estatech platform that integrates property data, cadastral records, transactions, zoning regulations, and financial signals into a unified intelligence system. Grounded in research on spatial analytics, econometrics, and graph-based valuation models (arXiv: urban AI, property analytics), the platform enables transparent valuation, market monitoring, and risk assessment. Designed for governments, municipalities, banks, and institutional investors, the system supports land registries, urban planning, taxation, mortgage risk analysis, and national housing policy -operating on sovereign infrastructure.

HIMOYAT
This project develops a high-assurance data security architecture for governments and regulated industries, grounded in research on secure enclaves, cryptographic isolation, zero-trust systems, and confidential computing (arXiv: trusted execution, privacy-preserving ML). The platform enables sensitive data to be processed, shared, and analyzed without exposing raw information.
Designed for sovereign deployment, it supports classified workloads, cross-agency collaboration, and compliance with national data protection laws while maintaining operational efficiency and auditability.

SIHATAI
This project applies AI and data science to national healthcare and biosecurity challenges, integrating clinical data, population statistics, genomics metadata, and public health signals. Based on applied research in epidemiological modeling, health informatics, and causal analysis (arXiv: digital health, population AI), the system supports early warning, capacity planning, and outcome optimization. Deployed on sovereign infrastructure, it enables ministries of health and national institutions to operate resilient, privacy-preserving health intelligence systems without reliance on external platforms.

Memorandum to Accelerate National AI
Infrastructure in Uzbekistan

MIRYAS AI has officially entered a strategic memorandum of cooperation with Shanghai LinkWise to bring modular AI infrastructure services to Central Asia. Under this agreement, LinkWise will provide MIRYAS AI with access to its Modular Intelligence Computing Centers (MICC) and Data Intelligence Centers (DIC), supporting high-performance compute and intelligent data infrastructure for sovereign AI -first National search engine and web browser platform deployment.
MIRYAS AI and Ment Tech Labs Seal Exclusive Five-Year Partnership
December 7, 2025
MIRYAS AI has signed an exclusive five-year partnership agreement with Ment Tech Labs, securing regional deployment rights for their next-generation fintech and digital infrastructure products across Central Asia. Under this strategic alliance, MIRYAS AI will lead the rollout and localization of Ment Tech’s modular banking, digital identity, AI-native compliance, and Web3 infrastructure suites. The agreement grants MIRYAS AI exclusive commercial and governmental access to Ment Tech’s full product stack.
