The Manifesto: Existence through Intelligence

MIRYAS AI was not built to compete in the software market. It was built to operate where responsibility cannot be outsourced.

Governments and strategic enterprises today face a structural problem:
decisions must be made faster, with more data, under stricter regulation —
while sovereignty, security, and accountability must not be compromised.

MIRYAS AI exists to resolve this contradiction.

We design sovereign, intelligence-first systems that operate at the intersection of data, computation, governance, and national-scale decision-making — where failure is not an option.

MIRYAS AI was founded in 2022 in Dubai Internet City with a singular objective: to build sovereign, intelligence-first technologies for governments and strategic enterprises across the MENA region.

From the outset, the company was conceived not as a software studio, but as a foundational systems builder—focused on the intersection of data, computation, governance, and national-scale decision-making.

The Scientific Mandate (2022–2023):  Intelligence Before Products

​

In its initial phase, MIRYAS AI concentrated on core scientific and engineering capabilities rather than surface-level applications. This period was defined by:

• Research and development in machine intelligence and applied data science

• Early work on a proprietary large language model initiative (MYAI), focused on multilingual reasoning, domain adaptation, and institutional use cases

• Design of AI-first platforms and software architectures, emphasizing explainability, auditability, and deployment in regulated environments

During this phase, MIRYAS AI established internal standards for:

• Data governance and model lifecycle management

• Annotation pipelines and training data integrity

• Secure identity, access control, and compliance-by-design

These foundations later enabled expansion into regulated sectors such as finance, government, and critical infrastructure.

Applied Intelligence & Estatech Systems (2023–2024)

​

As the internal technology stack matured, MIRYAS AI began deploying applied intelligence platforms for enterprise and government-linked entities in the UAE.

This included work in real estate intelligence and EstateTech, where MIRYAS AI developed systems for:

• Asset modeling and valuation analytics

• Portfolio intelligence and operational forecasting

• Data unification across property, legal, and financial layers

These efforts supported engagements and pilots with large institutional property operators and developers, including entities within the Dubai government–linked real estate ecosystem (such as Zabeel-associated entities and Dubai-based property groups), using scientifically grounded valuation models and decision-support systems rather than consumer-facing tools.

Expansion into Frontier Domains

Parallel to applied deployments, MIRYAS AI invested heavily in frontier research and system design across multiple domains:

• Quantum computing and quantum information science (focused on optimization, simulation, and future hybrid classical–quantum workflows)

• Synthetic and biologically inspired intelligence systems, exploring non-traditional computational paradigms

• AI-driven compliance systems, including KYC, identity verification, and risk intelligence

• AI-first financial and fintech architectures, designed for regulated environments rather than speculative consumer crypto use

These capabilities positioned MIRYAS AI to operate at the boundary between research, infrastructure, and institutional deployment.

Institutional & Strategic Engagements

Between 2023 and 2024, MIRYAS AI’s technology and advisory work extended to collaborations, pilots, or strategic engagements involving institutions and enterprises across multiple regions, including:

• British American Tobacco (advanced analytics and decision-support initiatives)

• Qatar Foundation (research and innovation-oriented collaborations)

• Royal Air Maroc (Morocco’s national airline; data and operational intelligence contexts)

• Sheikh Zayed Foundation / Sheikh Zayed-linked initiatives (technology and development programs)

• Ministry of Agriculture of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (agritech, data, and intelligence systems)

• Arasca (industrial / enterprise technology contexts)

• Air Commander–level aviation and defense-related analytical work (contextual and non-weaponized intelligence systems)

• Iranian National Navy–related analytical and research contexts (non-operational, systems-level intelligence and data analysis)

All such work was approached through a non-product, systems-engineering lens, prioritizing governance, sovereignty, and institutional control.

In 2025, MIRYAS AI established MIRYAS AI Technology LLC to formally expand operations into Central Asia, with a focus on:

• Government digital infrastructure

• Financial systems and regulatory technology

• AI sovereignty and national data platforms

This expansion reflects the company’s long-term vision: to serve as a strategic intelligence partner for states and enterprises navigating digital transformation under conditions of scale, regulation, and geopolitical complexity.
